I sent flowers through Watanabe Floral and the recipient was really happy with them. She said they looked fresh and the colors were super pretty, and the delivery showed up on time. The only thing was that I felt a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response, which was kind of frustrating. Still, the flowers themselves turned out great

"Really And Thoughtfully Done"
I was really impressed with the flowers. They looked beautiful, and the whole arrangement felt nicer than I was expecting. "Small hiccup, but handled really well"
I had a small issue with my order, which was kind of annoying at first, but at the same time it wasn’t a huge deal. I reached out and they fixed it quickly and sent the refund faster than I expected. So I’m a little disappointed it happened, but also impressed with how they handled it. Thanks!

"Easy flower order, no stress"
I ordered flowers from watanabefloral the communication was really solid. I got updates after I placed the order, then again when they were working on it and when it was delivered, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on. It just made the whole thing feel easy, which when you’re sending flowers and trying to make sure they actually get there... yeah. I’d definitely use them again.

"Gift add-on was just okay"
The flowers were really nice, like i said, no complaints there. I did add the little teddy as an extra gift, and it was cute, but it felt a bit cheap for what it cost. Like i said, it wasn’t terrible, just smaller than I expected and not as soft as I thought it would be. Delivery went fine, so overall it was okay, but I’d probably skip the add-on next time.

I was a little worried ordering flowers online because sometimes these deliveries show up looking like they got punted across a warehouse. But nope, this was actually spot on. Delivery was right on time, the flowers looked fresh, and nothing was crushed or all janky. Even the box looked like someone gave a damn. Happy with the whole thing.

"Nice calm shop to walk around"
I stopped in to look around for some flowers, and the shop had such a nice, calm feel to it. It was clean, not too crowded, and the staff let me browse without hovering, which I really appreciated. The flowers looked fresh, and the whole place smelled about as good as you’d expect from a great flower shop. Easy 5 stars from me.

For something meant to offer comfort during a difficult time, that really stood out in a bad way. The flowers may have been fine, but the lack of sensitivity left me disappointed.
